University and also helped in the development of  program at their  School of Business.  He was a co-chair of the committee to establish Howard’s distance education policy and Campus coordinator of the eCollege grant for starting online programs at Howard.  He is also founding president of the Global Digital Business Association and is actively working on strategies for efficient delivery of higher education.  He has been invited to deliver keynote addresses at international conferences, served as the Head Editor for the World Business Review Education system for World Business Review hosted by the former Secretary of State General Alexander Haig during 2006-08 and is on their Panel of Experts.   He earned his bachelor’s and master’s degrees from the University of Delhi, and Master of Applied Statistics and doctorate from The Ohio State University.
